delivery time

The delivery times generally observed (for information purposes only) are:

Metropolitan France: Delivery in 3-5 working days

Europe: delivery in 5-9 working days.

International (outside Europe): delivery in 9-15 working days.

These average delivery times are, however, only indicative. Compliance with delivery times is not contractual, IKI DE VEYRAC cannot be held responsible in the event of delays by carriers.

The customer is informed and accepts that delivery cannot be made at a specific time.

In the event of a delivery delay, the customer is required to report it by contacting IKI DE VEYRAC via the email bonjour@ikideveyrac.com . IKI DE VEYRAC will contact the carrier to start an investigation (which may last up to 21 days from the start date of the investigation). If during this period, the product is found, it will be immediately re-routed to the delivery address. However, if the product is not found after the 21-day period, the package is considered lost and IKI DE VEYRAC will then send a replacement product at its own expense.

Delivery price

The proposed rates include handling of order preparation, packaging and a contribution to the shipping costs charged by the selected carrier.

Metropolitan France: Standard delivery in 3-5 working days – €6

Europe: delivery in 5-9 working days, €13.

International (outside Europe): delivery in 9-15 working days, €28.

Free delivery in France & Europe for all orders over €170

Delivery method

IKI DE VEYRAC uses 2 delivery methods

- Courier (Paris)

- Colissimo (France, Europe and International)

IKI DE VEYRAC may be required to modify the mode of transport announced when ordering if an unforeseen event is likely to hinder the proper delivery of the order (strike, road or air disruption, etc.).

Delivery areas

IKI DE VEYRAC offers delivery of items for sale on the website www.ikideveyrac.com in mainland France, Europe and Internationally (outside Europe).

The products are delivered to the delivery address that the customer specifies when confirming their order.

In the event of an incomplete or incorrect address resulting in an impossibility of delivery, IKI DE VEYRAC cannot be held responsible for non-delivery.

If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, the delivery person will attempt to contact them using the telephone number provided by the customer when ordering. If there is no response, the delivery person will identify the best solution based on the drop-off recommendation chosen by the customer (doorstep, building caretaker, etc.). If none of the above solutions can be found, the delivery person will leave a delivery notice and return the order to IKI DE VEYRAC. The customer may either request a new delivery at their own expense. The Company cannot be held responsible for the quality of the Product thus recovered.

For deliveries to a business or hospital environment, the customer must ensure, before placing an order, that it can be made without difficulty. In the event of refusal, the delivery will be considered completed.

Order verification upon delivery

Upon receipt of the order, the customer is required to check its conformity by opening the package(s), before the courier/delivery person leaves. Any reservations must be indicated on the delivery slip by hand and accompanied by their signature. Any validation by the customer, recipient or person authorized by them, of the transport document (delivery slip provided by the courier) without reservation constitutes acceptance of the delivery.

The customer may refuse delivery of their order if the item(s) are damaged. The customer is then required to make a claim as defined below.

To be admissible, any claim must meet the following conditions:

- Be precise in providing information on the condition of the contents of the packaging and not on its external appearance.

- Be complete (exact number of damaged items and whether the package itself is damaged.

- Include photographs of the package(s) and the damaged product(s) and send them to customer service by email at bonjour@ikideveyrac.com , specifying the order number, the reason for the complaint and the reference(s) of the item(s) in question.

If the complaint is accepted by IKI DE VEYRAC, we undertake to replace the items concerned as soon as possible.
