Scope of application and modification of the general conditions of sale

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between IKI DE VEYRAC and its customer within the framework of a distance selling system. Both parties accept them without reservation. These conditions shall prevail over all other conditions.

IKI DE VEYRAC reserves the right to adapt or modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time. In the event of a modification, the general terms and conditions of sale in effect on the date of the order will apply. The parties agree that this contract is subject to French law.

Order

The user places an order via the website www.ikideveyrac.com . Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale as well as all of the general conditions of sale.

IKI DE VEYRAC reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

Payment

All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in cash by credit card and in euros only via the STRIPE payment solution. IKI DE VEYRAC does not accept checks, money orders, postage stamps, or cash.

Payment will only be considered effective when the bank has agreed to debit the card. In case of refusal, the order will be automatically cancelled and the customer notified.

Price

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. They take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the applicable VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the prices of the products, which may then be modified at any time. However, products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of order registration, subject to availability. Similarly, if one or more taxes or contributions, particularly environmental taxes, were to be created or modified, either upwards or downwards, this change may be reflected in the sale price of the items offered for sale by IKI DE VEYRAC.

IKI DE VEYRAC reserves the right to offer promotions. These promotions are offered on fixed dates and with limited stock.

Presentation of the offer

Our products are presented on the website, in the form of images and descriptive texts. These photos are provided for informational purposes only and are not contractually binding. Indeed, as the products are natural, the shape, size and color of the products may differ slightly. As IKI DE VEYRAC is not the producer of the products and eternal flowers sold, in the event of a temporary shortage of one or more of the items ordered, IKI DE VEYRAC may replace an item with a very similar equivalent product but with certain characteristics that may be different.

In the event of a permanent shortage, IKI DE VEYRAC will take the initiative to deliver you, if possible, an equivalent item at no extra cost or at a lower price if the product is of a lower category. If IKI DE VEYRAC is unable to deliver a replacement item to the customer, the account will be credited with the amount corresponding to the unavailable item.

The refund will be made within 45 (forty five) days following the information communicated to the customer by IKI DE VEYRAC that the product is no longer available.

Disputes

Sales made online are governed by French law. The only competent jurisdiction in the event of a dispute is the Lyon court. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.

Responsibility

IKI DE VEYRAC declines all responsibility for the use made of the products offered for sale.

The products sold by IKI DE VEYRAC are not edible and should be kept out of reach of children and animals.
